Thomas A. Dimmig, MD is a graduate of Duke University Medical School in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Dimmig is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society, and the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association. He has a broad range of experience in orthopaedic problems and treatment, with particular emphasis and expertise in the medical and surgical treatment of spine disorders, artificial disc replacement, trauma, joint replacement, and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Dimmig practices at North Carolina Specialty Hospital, Person Memorial Hospital, and Granville Medical Center. He has been in practice since 1984.
