With more than 20 years of legal experience, she has practiced in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, employment discrimination, and sexual harassment. In addition to her legal work, Rosa is an active member of the Durham community chairing the City of Durham's Mayor's Hispanic-Latino Committee and was recently appointed to the Governor's Hispanic/Latino Advisory Council. Rosa is a 2018 Triangle Business Journal Women in Business Award Recipient.
