Leading During Difficult Times, specifically for Nonprofits
Many nonprofits have found it hard to regain their footing after the disruptions caused by the pandemic, a shaky economy, and political shifts. It has been a difficult year since the pandemic arrived and we’ve all pivoted to managing these hardships and an uncertain future. We are all hoping for the “after” the pandemic, after the economy recovers, and after we adjust to a new government administration.

Ann Lassiter, retired Executive Director from HD Reach and Director of Learning and Development in the finance industry is a member of the TNVLC training team. Ann has led many training sessions on leadership, behavior change, and managing change. Her experience as a volunteer, special education teacher, and corporate learning leader brings a well-rounded approach to her presentations.
