Virtual meeting on bidding and construction of the Durham Public Schools Elementary School F, presented by LeChase Construction

LeChase | SGS is hosting an MWBE outreach and information session for all construction industry-related firms (majority and minority) that have an interest in providing goods and/or services for this project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Durham Public School’s Elementary F, located in Southwest Durham, is a new, 3-story school. 
The 134,000 square foot school will house 800 students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade.

The mostly steel structure, with a partial green roof, will be constructed on a compact footprint to minimize land disturbance in maintaining an environmentally responsible goal. This school will serve as a beacon that cultivates the limitless potential of its students.
